Dr Cappello and his team are an exceptional neurological veterinary referral service. We were referred by our vet and seen at the Sevenoaks practice shortly afterwards. We had concerns that our dog’s symptoms were more serious than previously diagnosed by our vet. Dr Cappello was able to give us a definitive diagnosis, fully explained the reasons for our dog’s problems and his extensive knowledge of neurological conditions was extremely comforting when we just needed answers. Veterinary surgeon Dr Fran Taylor, who works closely alongside Dr Cappello, was always there for us with any questions we had and kept us updated with news both before and after our appointment. Katie is Dr Cappello’s nurse, she is knowledgable, kind and caring, and always ready to assure us our dog was in the best hands. They saw him the same day for a scan, which showed two damaged discs pressing on his spine. They operated the next morning, we picked him up four days later, and he is now happily convalescing at home. Nemo could not have received better treatment throughout his stay.
